Services

Canarii Solutions supports organizations and individuals that share our commitment to equitable social impact.

We have the privilege of supporting public charities, individuals, funding institutions, and mission-driven companies in a variety of ways.  No two clients are alike but we find that clients come to us for radical and compassion-led change management—saying goodbye to a way of working, processes, strategy or knowledge gaps that no longer serve them and the communities they mean to support. Canarii’s overall philosophy in approaching this work is to build a culture of trust and transparency, driving towards a shared direction where conversations/work stays focused.  We also want clients to feel seen, own their accountability, find joy in the process, and walk away with clear direction and intent.

Our services are bespoke, but our “sweet spots” include the following:

Individuals and Funding Institutions

  • Overall strategy development
    and implementation

  • Program design

  • Impact assessments

  • Entity formation

  • Collaborative funding vehicles

  • Interim program staffing needs

Public Charities and Mission-Driven Organizations

  • Impact assessments

  • Fundraising support

  • Strategic planning

  • Organizational culture change

  • Design and management
    for transformational
    grant-funded projects

Making a difference isn’t easy, but too often we let the ‘hard’ stop us from seeing the joy in this work.
I see it as a privilege to get to live
my values every day by supporting amazing institutions and individuals as they strive for the betterment of society.

Canarii’s Footprint
